How Training Works

We offer comprehensive, individualized sports performance training with access to all the following perks.


Training Options

Discounts are available for siblings, veterans, service members, and first responders.

Unlimited Training

Train as many times a week as your schedule allows. We’ll have your individualized program ready to go, no matter what day or time you drop in.

$325/month

Got a sibling? It’s $250/mo for each additional family member.

One-on-One Training

Want some 1-on-1 time? Train by yourself with a coach.

$100/session

Remote Training

Get a remote program designed specifically for you. Ensure success with a combination of video reviews, messages, and weekly check-ins with our coaches.

$150/month
